Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Cummins, a global leader in power solutions, is seeking a talented and dedicated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in online operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day online operations activities, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize processes and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products and services. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance the online customer experience. - Support the development and implementation of new online initiatives and projects.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in online operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing. - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable and dedicated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
