Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Operations Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience - Coordinate with various departments to implement online marketing strategies and campaigns - Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement necessary updates - Develop and execute online content creation and management strategies - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive positioning - Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Assist in the development and implementation of online training programs for employees
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills - Proficient in web analytics tools and content management systems - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Passionate about online operations and digital marketing - Resilient in the face of challenges - Prior experience in e-commerce or online operations preferred
