Job Description:

ABB Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the online operations team in various tasks related to the company's digital presence and e-commerce activities.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company's online platforms, including website maintenance, content updates, and customer support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online processes and drive online sales growth. - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the online marketplace. - Support the implementation of new online initiatives and projects. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online operations. - Provide support for online marketing campaigns and promotions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or field. - Confident and driven individual with a proactive attitude. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
