Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage remote operations efficiently and effectively. 2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 3. Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting as needed. 4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars. 5. Assist in project management and implementation of new initiatives. 6. Provide support to team members and clients as required.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven individual who can work independently and collaborate with others. 2. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent people management skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
