Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team at L-3 Communications in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day operations of our remote team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among team members - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress towards operational goals - Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support operational needs - Assist in managing and maintaining documentation related to remote operations processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Experience in remote work or operations is a plus but not required
