Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Mikron Group is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This is a part-time position with an Associate level seniority, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Conducting detailed analysis of operational processes and identifying areas for improvement - Assisting in the implementation of new operational strategies and procedures - Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure optimal supply chain management - Collaborating with various departments to streamline communication and processes - Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making processes - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Working closely with the operations team to meet deadlines and achieve targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in operations or a related field - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
