Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a passionate and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage various operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations - Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve company goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and projects forward - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
