Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Raytheon is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Business Development Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders - Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote company services - Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and dedicated to achieving results - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
