Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Western Digital is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Support Assistant to join our remote team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with technical support inquiries via email, phone, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns. 5. Assist in the development and delivery of client training materials and resources. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and trends. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. 8. Represent Western Digital in a professional and friendly manner at all times.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong people management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Knowledge of technical support processes and tools. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
