Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team at Morgan Stanley in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the financial industry. As an Entry Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with a variety of inquiries.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general information. 3. Resolve client issues and complaints in a calm and effective manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients. 7. Attend training sessions and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
