Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Navient, a leading financial services company, is looking for a talented Live Chat Manager to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in customer service, specifically in managing live chat channels. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize live chat system to improve customer engagement and experience - Train and supervise live chat agents to deliver exceptional service and support - Develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of live chat operations - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and compliance with company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhancements - Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service with a focus on live chat management - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work remotely and autonomously - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and partners - Strategic planning abilities to set goals, prioritize tasks, and execute initiatives - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in chat management software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
