Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team at CMS Energy. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service or support roles, with a strong background in managing chat support teams.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents, ensuring quality and timely responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. - Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall support processes. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in customer service or support roles. - Proven experience in managing chat support teams. - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
