Job Description:
Reynolds American is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support performance and efficiency - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach chat support agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address escalated customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle any technical issues or challenges that arise during chat support operations - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new chat support agents as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proven experience in managing a team of chat support agents - Ability to work independently and remotely - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Creativity and persuasion as soft skills - Familiarity with chat support platforms and tools - Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus) - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
