Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Ryder System in Zurich, CH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Remote Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support to clients, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client satisfaction - Develop and implement client service strategies to meet client needs and expectations - Monitor client feedback and make improvements as necessary - Plan and execute client events and meetings - Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients as needed - Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional client service - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
