Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Richemont is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client services or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 3. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns. 4. Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client status and performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in client services or account management.
