Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Praxair is seeking a Client Support Manager to work from home in Geneva, CH. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in client support and management. We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual with exceptional people management and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and execute solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or account management - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting performance targets - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
