Job Description:
As a Remote Client Support Officer at Huntsman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duty will be to assist customers with any queries or issues they may have regarding our products or services. This role requires a high level of dedication and resilience as you will be dealing with a diverse range of client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving client issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. 7. Dedicated and resilient attitude towards client interactions.
