Remote Client Support Representative

As a Remote Client Support Representative at Disney, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients from the comfort of your own home. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated, motivated, and have strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues - Providing guidance and support on Disney products and services - Resolving client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Documenting client interactions and resolutions accurately in the system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
