Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Sunrise Communications AG is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise - Manage client accounts and ensure that all inquiries and requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Assist in the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Provide training and guidance to clients on how to best utilize our products and services - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the client support team


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
