Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Dominion Resources is seeking a talented Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and answer inquiries - Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and best practices - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong research and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in a client support role - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
