Job Description:
AGCO is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to grow and develop your skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Driven and energetic personality - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
