Bühler Group is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. This position will be a part-time role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Track and monitor customer interactions and feedback - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer care process - Assist in developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service
