Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Sefar AG, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a talented Customer Care Manager to join our team and work from home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess excellent decision-making and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive business growth - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English and French
