Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Univar, a leading chemical and ingredient distributor, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is an Associate Level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and recommendations. 3. Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. 4. Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns. 8. Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote products and services to customers.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
