Customer Success Specialist

Jones Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and adaptable, able to handle challenging situations with grace and poise. Strong planning and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions - Monitor customer usage and provide proactive support and guidance to drive customer engagement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
