Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Kroger in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product support, ensuring a positive experience. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience using CRM systems or customer support software is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Motivated and energetic personality traits are essential. 8. Emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills are required.
