Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Liebherr Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time position at an entry level, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are confident, independent, and possess strong planning and people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Support the development of customer support resources and training materials. 6. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and independent with strong planning and people management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
