Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in online account management and support. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online account holders.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback received through online account platforms - Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and general troubleshooting - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless online account experience for customers - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase online account engagement and retention - Work closely with the IT department to address any technical issues or bugs related to online accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online account management and support

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online account management or customer support - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online account management platforms
