Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deere. As an Associate Level position based in Zurich, Switzerland, the Online Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through online interactions. This part-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with customers through online platforms - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions or assistance - Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop strategies to improve overall customer experience and increase engagement - Analyze data and trends to drive continuous improvement in customer success metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 5 years in customer success or related roles - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent leadership abilities to guide the team towards achieving customer success goals - Energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in online tools and platforms for customer relationship management
