PRTR is working with a Pharmaceutical company who are now in need of an Assistant Marketing Manager (English Speaking) to join their team.

Main Responsibilities

Handling dministrative work, preparation of documents, and monthly summary reports in the company's central system (PO, A&P).

Handling ata entry and update work in the system / Preparing documents and submitting FDA documents online / Process payment for documents that the FDA has approved.

Preparing relevant documents and review forms to support in-house activities and between relevant agencies.

Coordinating activities within the company or with external organizations such as marketing agencies.

Supporting and coordinating the marketing team according to the campaign.

Documenting and other coordination as assigned.

Coordinating all commercial administrative operations which fully comply with the pharmaceutical company's standards of ethics & business integrity. Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical company's code of conduct is required.

Qualifications / Screening Criteria

At least 3 years of experience, preferably in an international pharmaceutical company.

Experience with event planning is an advantage.

An excellent ability to perform in a cross-cultural, cross-functional team and interdependent environment.

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Well-organized and self-motivated.

Result-oriented.

An eye for detail with the ability to retain a broad overview.

Flexible, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
