SiemensDigital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design,simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries.Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of theobjects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured usingour Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.We are lookingfor an expert Channel Sales Manager to be based in Bangkok (Thailand). As partof the Software Sales team, lead and implement industry focused, consultativeand valuable software sales engagements through business partners withcustomers and prospects.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering,Computer Science or Business Administration.Minimum 6 years of channel sales experience in abusiness-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success,existing partner relationships.Software company background is preferred.Must have a Manufacturing domain experience.Excellent communication in EnglishProficient in speaking Chinese would be an advantageKeyResponsibilities:·Lead the assigned partners to achieve their business targetsof selling Siemens Industry Software on a broad portfolio of PLM/MOM solutionsby:·Create the strong business plan together with the assignedpartners.·Work closely with the partners to implement the activities astheir plan.·Work with Marketing to ensure pipeline coverage.·Ensure sales forecast accuracy, and ensure updates areapplied to SFDC, for the portfolio of Partners.·Help coach Partners through co-selling and sales competencyenablement to advance sales cycles.·Work with Partners to understand enablement requirements tomaintain current abilities and extend into new found opportunities, create anenablement plan with each partner.·Coordinate the delivery of enablement plan, sales training,business operations development, technical training, and marketing development.·Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.·Support the Partner to meet compliance and quality standardsrequired by Siemens.Working at SiemensSoftware Why us?
