Job Description Drive key sales activities in the region Manage a portfolio of set accounts  Deliver increased market penetration  Generate leads & convert into revenue based on financial objectives Organize & attend multiple regional and international events In Direct contact with L&L Hotels around the world Define strategies & action plans with key stakeholers Manage budget and expenditures Update and report accurately on all required data Qualifications Minimum 2 – 3  years of experience in a similar Global Sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry Bachelor’s Degree  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Excellent Luxury Sales knowledge Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work with various stakeholders across all levels Collaborative, empathetic and innovative Fluent in English Knowledge of Japanese and/ or other Asian languages will be a plus Extensive periods of travelling expected Additional Information Based at either Accor Bangkok or Singapore office Reports to Executive Director of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle, India, Middle East & APAC Competitive employee benefits ALL Heartist card offering discounted rate at Accor Hotels worldwide
