JOB DESCRIPTION Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAsan Enterprise Sales Leader here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role indriving revenue growth and leading the sales efforts for our HoneywellConnected Industrial business in Thailand. This is a sales-quota carrying role,where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementingstrategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing markettrends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales,leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's salesperformance and contribute to its overall business success and marketleadership. You will report directly to our Regional Sales Director and you’ll work out ofour Bangkok, Thailand location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achievingbusiness objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, andleading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engageclosely with our Integrated Supply Chain team to implement strong processes andbetter serve our customers. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play acritical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them performat their best and drive change across the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the sales efforts for our Honeywell Connected Industrialbusiness in ThailandDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market andexpand customer baseAchieve sales targets and drive revenue growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understandingtheir needs and providing innovative solutionsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights toidentify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and supportProvide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering ahigh-performance culture and driving professional developmentProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drivebusiness growth and market leadershipYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growthStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience in selling industrial software and digital solutionsExperience leading sales and business development for PTT accountsExpertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, and Chemical plant OTsolution salesWE VALUEBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPassion for sales and achieving resultsStrong business acumen and understanding of market dynamicsCustomer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain strongrelationshipsContinuous learning and adaptabilityAbility to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
