Job Title:Field Safety Officer (Construction Site)Summary:The Field Safety Officer (Construction Site) Represent Momentive EHS base at construction site assist Momentive EHS and responsible for evaluating working conditions, provide assistance to the construction teams. On project sites, they assist in identifying hazards and issues connected to safety. They collaborate with the project leadership to identify ways to reduce the exposure to hazards when they have been recognized. Develop all company safety construction concerning the Emergency, Safety, Health, and Environmental management programs. The field Safety officer carry out routine inspections with project team and contractors’ company to check whether all the safety measures are working properly.Responsibilities Include:Implement Company standards effectiveness and controls in construction site safely , audit or measure necessary to be certain high standards are met and maintained.Making sure that construction workers are working in a safe environment on job sites is the main goal of a safety manager’s job in the construction industry, carry out safety law enforcement alongside the Occupational Safety and Health requirement.Leading safety program in construction project and ability to coordinate with project team to achieve zero incident.Work with EPCM company to ensure that all work plans (including any required project specific EHS and/or High-Risk work plans) are reviewed and approved before proceeding.Conduct compliance audit to EPCM company and their contractors.Perform Safety inspection and audit to ensure unsafe operations has been addressed and follow up actions with EPCM.Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with EPCM Contractor, Project manager as required.Ensures incident investigation process effectively with preventive, corrective actions are completed.Work with EPCM to manage emergency response in construction site.Others EHS job assigned by line manager.Qualifications:The following are required for the roleWhat We Offer:At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
