Bachelor degree in Business Management or related fieldGood skills of HRBP, recruitment, HR admin & operationMin. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from service or retail industryExperience in using Workday is a plusExcellent communication both Thai & English languageIndependent contributor with high level of initiativeTeam player with good communication and interpersonal skillsAble to handle confidential information with care Mature, people-oriented with the ability to handle employee situationsDeadlines commitment and perform in a fast paced environmentHRM (Recruit & Admin)Works as HRBP for luxury retails size 200-250 headcounts.Partnering with Head of HR and Global people management team in the sourcing and shortlist of candidates through various recruitment channels.Provide performance management guidance and support in annual performanceFormulation and rollout of HR Policies and InitiativesAdminister employee on-boarding induction/activitiesPreparation of HR/Corporate reports (Monthly HC/FTE Reports)Be the point of contact for employeesÊ enquiries and requestsSupport any ad-hoc and administrative duties relating to Human Resources.Employee RelationHandle employee relations issues and provide relevant HR advice both manage and resolve the problem.Involve with HR team and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retentionCom & Ben (Do not need to do payroll)Work closely with the HR Share Services team on the execution of monthly.Monitoring payroll and all other HR transactional services provided appraisal and salary review & bonus exercise.TrainingIdentify Corporate training needs and recommend relevant courses/trainingAlign working with global team to coordinate employee in case of implement new policies and any activities.
