Job SummaryJoining KKP Solution Delivery management Team, you will be one of Delivery Lead who work with business PM, business analysts and application development teams to implement the IT solution aligning with bank strategy and digital roadmap enabling changes for KKP businesses.As a Delivery Lead, your responsibilities are to keep application development projects, single or multiple projects at the same time, from design to deployment on track and ensure they are completed on time and according to specifications. You will collaborate with the business PM, business analyst, enterprise architect, system analyst and application development team in the scope, budget, timeline and resources planning of the application development projects. Clearly understand business requirements that form solution. Once the guidelines have been established, you monitor project team members and ensure everyone finishes their job duties and moves towards completion. Be ready to resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The Delivery Lead must work close to the technology being implemented with recent experience adding value to development and architecture activities. Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบBe responsible for managing project development, in multiple methodologies, from initiation to closure and ensure they are completed on time and according to specificationsCollaborate with the business PM, business analyst, enterprise architect, system analyst and development team in the scope, budget, timeline and resources planning of the application development projectsConduct vendor selection deep dive to evaluate and compare between each platformDevelop project charter and project plan to produce project deliverablesOversee and manage the quality of project deliverables, project members interaction, the day to day operational and tactical problem-solvingEffectively identify, raise, diagnose, and solve for any risks that impact the project throughout project life cycleReview high-level deliverables across projects. Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects.Develop and deploy communication and facilitate meetings to steer project delivery, increase interaction and adoption of change initiativesManage and ensure stake holders’ satisfaction by prioritizing and managing expectations to successful deliveryBe able to understand and anticipate business needs, priorities, technology challenge and proposes best fit and optimum solutionsWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Qualifications / คุณสมบัติMinimum of 8 years of experience managing software development projectsStrong technical background and professional experience in large scale solution delivery projects, preferable from banking or consulting backgroundStrong understanding of project management principlesProficiency with SDLC software development management methodologiesProficiency with Agile software development management and Scrum methodologies would be advantageRapidly adapt and respond to changes and ability to effectively prioritizeExtensive experience leading, coordinating, and organizing teams, both on-site and remote, in a collaborative environmentExperience in managing own and other’s work effort including time management, estimation, completion, issue identification & resolution, and status reportingHands-on experience with relevant technical concepts and Technology Architecture; able to effectively use them in planning and decision-making with occasional technical guidanceExcellent verbal and written communication and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical groups, both in Thai and English Effectively interact all levels and also to manage multiple activities, simultaneously, and achieving excellent resultsExperience of presenting to and managing expectations with high level executivesPossess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressureMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fieldsSpecific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง
