Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly-driven and motivated individual to take the role of the Manager, IT Service Delivery based in our Bangkok office, Thailand.Responsibilities:Owns the foodpanda employee IT experience in-country, ensuring SLAs and CSAT targets are consistently met.Coordinating training and orientation for new employees to enable them to become productive upon onboarding.Ensuring all users are equipped with the most effective company technology and Internet connectivity, continually assessing needs and requirements based on EnterpriseTechnology Services (ETS) global/regional standards, guidelines, and policies.Organizing support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks.Working with Regional and Global InfoSec teams to promote IT security awareness in-country and taking appropriate steps to address security breaches, if necessary.Establishing relationships with technology and equipment vendors.Managing a team of IT support staff, including education, training, and career development.Advising human resources colleagues on staffing needs and participating in the hiring and training process.Managing departmental budget and tracking spending on equipment and staff.Developing and maintaining continuity plans to address local business continuity.Having a thorough understanding of local culture and actively seeking how technology enables the business to accelerate.Project management experience with office builds and end-to-end infrastructure implementations to help expand the business across the country.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience, comes with strong background in networks, firewalls, and desktop computing/management technologiesDemonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and leading teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ThaiOutstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in problem-solving, especially in complex, cross-functional scenariosMeticulous attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals set by regional and global headquartersProven hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Google WorkspaceITIL Foundation certification is a plus
