Job Description:

Our client is a big power plant in Rayong area. They are looking for "Mechanical Engineer (Material Handling)" t o join in their team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Establish plan and implement a preventive maintenance program based on the Original Manufacturers recommendations and review as necessary including long term maintenance strategy.

Assess the remaining life of critical equipment especially conveyor system, Stacker Reclaimer, Mill, Crusher, Ash handling system and its accessories based on international standard, plan and implement rectification ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are achieved including contract management.

Assist the Engineering Manager to define and develop appropriate condition-based maintenance strategies.

Ensure that sufficient tools and spare parts are stocked to support plant availability consistent with minimising stores stock holding.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field

5-10 years for mechanical maintenance work in power plant or heavy industry is preferable.

Knowledge and experience on inspection and maintenance conveyor system, Stacker Reclaimer, Mill, Crusher, Ash handling system.

Understand power plant O&M strategy & Maintenance working process Certified for these related training courses will be advantage.
