The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Job Description:Responsible to drive adoption of ShopeeFoods marketing features e.g. flash sales, super voucher pack, new payment channels, etcEnd-to-end management of key marketing features from communication plan, operations workflow, execution and performance trackingDevelop business framework, features strategy and launch plan for new features to communicate key selling points and drive new features adoptionLiaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the planRegularly review and analyze key performance metricsBe the voice of customer to refine feature launches with product managers in order to improve user flow, user interface and functionalitiesReport business progress with quantitative data regularlySupport other special projects as requestedRequirements:Bachelors degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fieldA minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in product marketing, project management, specifically in e-commerce and food delivery environments will be a plusStrong structural thinking and analytical ability to identify business challenge and drive actionable plan with data supportStrong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and cross-functional stakeholder managementPossess can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills in both Thai and English with creative mindset
