Job Description Sales Support: Assist in lead generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals. Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients and follow up on leads. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information. Assist in organizing and managing client data, including contact details, communication history, and sales pipeline stages. Generate reports and analytics on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client engagement metrics. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Escalate complex issues or unresolved customer queries to the appropriate team members for further assistance. Client Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, training sessions, and documentation. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and usage of the earned wage access platform. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during their integration and implementation phase. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences, needs, and suggestions for improvement. Analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for enhancement or optimization in the product or service offering. Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to the sales and product development teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and customer success initiatives. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project collaborations to contribute ideas and insights. Qualifications Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
