Our client is a full-service logistics provider. They are now looking for a dynamic and energetic person to help them as a Sales Manager (Freight Forwarder)

Job Description

Managing field sales in the freight logistics team to develop new business mainly for the local market and overseas sources. (Sea/Air/Cross border/Customs clearance).

Initiating new business strategies to secure new potential target customers, and expand new business from the existing customer base.

Coaching and joining Sale Team visits and activities to secure business.

Analyzing the potential business information and market trends and preparing performance reports for management.

Providing new potential business from various sources to teams and individuals.

Supervising sales and assisting in handling when having problems.

Reviewing SOP and KPI of the major customers.

Taking care of own local account and participating in bidding on customers.

Qualifications

Male or Female 30-40 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in business or management.

5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (preferred).

Own a car with a valid driving license.

Experience in the logistics transportation business will be an advantage.

Good computer software skills (Excel). 

Good command of English both speaking and writing.

Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
