They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in solar solutions, focusing on both EPC projects and solar panel sales. The Sales Manager will be pivotal in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, managing the sales team, and expanding the company's market presence in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead the nationwide sales team to achieve targets.

Establish productive relationships with key customer accounts.

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Identify new potential customers and market opportunities.

Provide solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development for brand consistency.

Stay updated on new product launches and train sales team members.

Experience requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office.

In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.

Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
