Service Sales Engineer (Open)What you will do:It is crucial to have a person to perform Service Sales in JCI aftermarket businessHow you will do it:Generate, formulate, and implement the PSA, L&M, Parts and Retrofit business for both SalesActively identify PSA, L&M, Parts and retrofit sales strategies to secure new orders based on business opportunities and market trendsSupport market analysis and strategies formulation, including assist in the identification of high potential market segments and key customers, collect voice of the customer and recommend for improvements.Seeks out, qualifies, and closes new PSA, L&M, Parts and Retrofit sales opportunities with a specific focus on new business growthBuilds and maintains long-term customer relationships and ensures customer happinessPartners with other sales and service operations team members as well as contractors/SuppliersUtilizes applicable sales tools to plan and document progressRefers lead to other business segments where applicable.Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplierAddress customer objectives/requirements, recommend solutions and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantagesRepresent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish the long-term relationshipProvide timely feedback and reports to management to demonstrate business progressPerform and follow up the upper supervisor/management assignments strictlyWhat we look for:Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or any other related fields1-5 years of direct experience in Control Business1-5 years’ experience in Sales & MarketingConfident working in a multinational, matrix driven organizationHard work, Goals getter and result orientedGood interpersonal and communication skillGood people connection for both internal and externalGood digital literacy (MS Office, MS Project)
