OverviewSalary50,000 THB ~ 65,000 THBIndustryTrading(Automotive), Manufacturing(Automotive)Job Description- Arrange business plan and lead sales target to be achievable for both exist customers and expand business to new customers/markets in Thailand.- Lead and manage sales strategy formulation and execution for key sales channel partners.- Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales & ability to meet sales target of the company.- Preparation of financial plans including forecasting and budgeting and the five-year strategic plan.- Customer and account management e.g., receivables collection, pricing, budgeting, increase customer satisfaction and etc.to optimize financial strength of the business.- Manage and control other metrics aligned with group objectives.- Define the market structures and the relevant market segments, identify targets and their potential, identify from the organizations’ portfolio of products and brands, the target product ranges that fit to the market needs and develop/set-up distribution partners and customers.- Establish the organizations’ brand in the market based on innovation, value to customer, technical support, service, and quality.- Manage and market opportunity pipeline and incoming project business.- Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of all products.- Responsible for confirming the assessment of risk document of related department.- Follow the procedures for the respective areas / operation.- Recommend changes and improvement where appropriate. .- Other as assigned from Superiors.QualificationsRequirement- Male or Female, 30 year old up.- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position of Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer- Previous experience working in a multi-national company and selling similar or associated products (Piping, MV Cable, Cable Tray, Clamps, Hose, Automotive parts, Compression Fittings) marketing/selling to the distribution centers/services, industry, wholesale, general industry, etc.- Experience in or setting up distribution networks for projects and wholesales. - Demonstrated ability to apply solution selling or cross selling as part of organic sales.- Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals.- Good excel, mathematics and logical thinking.- A successful and proven sales track record and good presentation skill- Good command in both written & amp; spoken EnglishEnglish LevelLevel 3 - Business LevelOther LanguageEnglishAdditional InformationBenefit- Gasoline and tollway claimable- Bonus - Provident Fund - Health Insurance- Dental Claim- Flexible working place Working Hour8:30 ~ 17:30Holiday- Sat,Sun,Job FunctionSales EngineerSales Corporate
