Job Description - Business Development & Sales Manager

Viralif helps brands tell their story through the world's top influencers, such as bloggers, vloggers, and social media influencers. We develop and manage creative influencer marketing strategies to effectively spread out your brand’s story and reach millions of people worldwide.

Job Description

  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.
  • Create and manage own pipeline
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Execute the plan to meet and exceed the annual sales targets
  • Pipeline partnerships – Leverage support organizations including Marketing, Solution Team, Partners and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory
  • Planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns in line with brands’ briefs and business objectives
  • Establishing the link between the agency and the brands worked with
  • Organizing and managing influencer marketing campaigns and activations in line with brands’ marketing and communication plans
  • Having the experience of preparing presentations and explaining the project to brands and influencers
  • Leading for the project, having knowledge for digital media dynamics
  • Providing campaigns, product information, products, links for influencers and celebrities
  • Monitoring and reporting of influencer performances and budget tracking
  • Experienced in data reading and reporting
  • Expanding sales revenue through influencer marketing in various markets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of influencer marketing or digital marketing experience
  • Confident and able to work directly with key clients
  • Experience planning, organizing, and managing end to end projects with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Experience in working with global and local brands services for social media and influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding on influencer and content marketing
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms publishing tools, dynamics, rules & regulations and moderation approaches is a plus
  • Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles.
  • Strong track record of success in managing large accounts.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics.
  • Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  • Experience in a social media agency, digital agency, media planning agency or an FMCG company is preferred.
  • Adopt the energetic and dynamic working principle
  • Owning the brands it works with
  • Solution-oriented and managing the project process from start to finish
