Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We believe that today’s talents are tomorrow’s global leaders and we are eager to brighten your future! We have an exciting opportunity to join our Domestic Sales team in Mudanya.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks: 

• Preparing offers for customers and comparing with competitors by making studies and cost analysis in line with sales strategies.
• Coordinating and ensuring the completion of e-signatures or original signatures of order confirmation forms
• Entering sales orders into SAP
• Giving logistics deadlines for offer requests from customers and informing customers
• Keeping track of rejected orders and preparing reclamation forms
• Informing and monitoring the R&D department for products that require new work during the offer or order process.
• Ensuring that the offers submitted to distributors for the same project is sam efor all distributors by managing the internal coordination within the back Office team and Commercial team..
• To notify the customer by obtaining a deadline from logistics, when necessary, for possible new orders.

Who are we looking for?

The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:

• BS or Associate’s degree in Engineering / Economics / Administrative Sciences etc.;
• Problem solving and organizational skills;
• Analytical skills to make right conclusions;
• SAP– knowledge is an asset;
• Actively explore and understand customer needs;
• Keeping the things simple in order to facilitate timely and focused decision making;
