PTW Issuer

Responsibilities:

• ADNOC Safety policies and procedures in compliance with HSE Manual , Target and objectives
• Implement Life Protection Rules LPR On Site
• Coordination of Gas Testing before work is done in Confine Spaces and Hazardous areas (HOT
• Work activities etc).
• Ensure that Personnel H2S Gas Monitor and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) / EEBA
• are available on site before work is done in critical areas.
• Directing and coordination of safety meetings, Champaign’s (Banned Tools, Electrical safety,
• Heat stress, Grinder Safety etc) , Site Inductions, Tool Box Talk, and Emergency Mock Drills.
• Monitoring of site safe and unsafe act / conditions at all times.
• Carrying out of hazard identifications and taking mitigation actions.
• Inspection of safety equipment (Noise meter & Lux meter).
• Use of suitable Personal Protective Equipment onsite at all times.
• Follow EPTW system on site.
• To Prepare of HSE and fire safety plans, preparing safety equipment requirements for whole
• Project, and on daily basis depending on site observations and nature of work/client
• requirement
• To Ensure the Safe System of Work by Risk Assessment (TRA, ARA, HIRA) preparation as per
• project activities
• To Monitor the validity of certification of equipment and operator license

Qualifications:

• B. SC in relevant engineering or equivalent
• With 8 years minimum experience in Oil & Gas production and processing, petrochemicals and other hydrocarbon related projects.
• Construction experience in live plants is a must
• Gulf and PMC experience is preferable.
