Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a reliable and resilient Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
