Job Description:
Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service primarily through phone and email communication. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Goodyear products and services. - Manage and update customer accounts, including processing orders and returns. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Utilize creativity and teamwork skills to find solutions to complex customer problems. - Maintain a high level of energy and resilience to handle a high volume of customer interactions. - Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
