Job Description:
C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our clients. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement. 6. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service management role. 3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. 6.
